Owlet wanting to explore the world.....:)
It sure doesn't take them long to leave the nest! They leave the nest anywhere from 6 - 13 weeks, many times before they even know how to fly. Until that time, the mother or father will find food and tear it up to feed owlets. If for some chance the mother dies, the father will stay with the owlets and bring food. The food seems to be mainly rodents. Ewww!!! lol
