do it again
on the third day, we rode the bus part way to Hartland and rode the rest of the way out. We didn't end up taking too many photos becuase I had my bag packed for departure, so instead of riding with it, I wound up just hiding it in a tree for most of the day.
Our main purpose was to ride the new "Half Nelson" like trail "Torpedo", but along the way we wound up riding almost the entire park. Torpedo was pretty fun, but required a constant pinning to clear all the jumps, that I just couldn't seem to do. Sofa King, on the other hand, seemed to have a lot more flow to me, with fewer hits and more corners, and wound up being the major highlight of the day.
after our adventure hear we ended up riding back to royal oak exchange along the surprisingly fun interurban multi-use trail, the 10KM of rail grade just flew by!
