Scada zibia xanthina

We found a spot where the road went over a small river and a track let us near the river. It was a very good spot for butterflies in the poor weather.

One of my favourite clearwings from the trip. Not that common but not rare either.

This was a difficult photo to get as they rarely settle with wings open. In this instance it was slowly opening and closing its wings.
