Buckeye hot springs (California)

Steaming hot water showers down a small cliff with colorful concretions, and fills up a series of pools in the bed of a creek.

It is one of the best primitive hot springs in the Eastern Sierra, but it can be crowded in Summer. Note that sometimes in the Spring, the river may be to high and can fill-up the pools with cold water.

In Fall and Winter, very few people use it, so it is the best time to enjoy it by yourself.
