Used to be so hardcore on here, I wouldn't post a picture if it looked like another picture from the same day, even if this picture is FAR superior...didn't want to bore the whole audience or even consider boring the audience.
Means this image, similar to one I posted back in 2012, but on glorious film, a film I don't even remember using and am pretty sure I can't get anymore, has been sitting in the archives, waiting for its moment in the sun.
And here it is! Here we are! So far away from the original session that this feels new! Fresh! Everything's changed, since then!
Renee here no longer lives in LA, her time here was short, she's off in a bucolic part of Colorado, I believe, living a good life.
The Beverly Center, LA's original mall...it's still there, inexplicably! I don't know who shops there or why, but it refuses to die!
The camera I used to take this photo, lent it out, came back broken, not a huge surprise, it's an old-ass camera...but where would I fix such a camera, and more to the point, why? It was a decent camera, but never as good as my Mamiya, which is what I think every time I see it and consider finding some place to fix a camera I got for free. Every penny I spend on it takes some of the sweetness out of that Free price.
Oh, but this photo, though, it Did take this photo, that's gotta count for something, right? Right?
