Between The Storms . . .
Still trying to learn Lightroom and Nik. So, I moved all my images to my external hard drives, before installing LIghtroom. Imported my Photoshop catalog to Lightroom fine. Everything is there and starred, etc. in the Lightroom catalog. But the photos it links to are all on my computer hard drive. I was all set to erase the pictures on my computer hard drive to free up space, as it's so full. But, because I moved the files outside of Lightroom, there seems to be no way I can find to show LIghtroom where the external hard drive files are. I see that I can erase 1,000's of hard drive images, and then move them back on the external hard drive from within Lightroom-- hours of work-- but there must be some other work around. Does anyone know how to tell LIghtroom to connect the catalog images with my external hard drive, and not the same files on my computer's hard drive?
Taken in WNC. In between storms. All critical feedback welcome- I am not thin skinned. Nik Color Efex processing to bring out the rainbow colors and the details.
