17-1-17 Heater control lever extension

Another challenge - placing a veneer front in the middle dashboard meant that the heater control leavers were not long enough - Mick just said to me, I will give it a try to extend them by 5mm - 4 hours later, here is the result - really pleased, as this solved another problem
