Watercolour painted on 140LB Arches rough with M Graham Watercolours. This is based on a challenge photo uploaded by Barbara Kat in the group Negative painting is positive. I have based it loosely on the picture ,and have opened up the spacing between the trees as well as making them a lot slimmer & smaller. I wanted to create a passage through this picture and inviting as opposed to the great big scary forest type of scene !
