Ralph Klassen was a junior star with the Saskatoon Blades and a speedy NHL defensive forward with the California Golden Seals, Cleveland Barons, Colorado Rockies & St. Louis Blues. He also represented Canada in 1974 at the IIHF World Junior Tournament and the 1977 IIHF World Championships in Vienna, Austria.
