Ambulance Victoria PIPER (2)

Many people don't recognise the other services that Ambulance Victoria (AV), the general assumption is that it's mainly a fleet of ambulances and paramedics. The Paediatric Infant Perinatal Emergency Retrieval (PIPER) is another service provided through AV that's based out of the Royal Children's Hospital in Melbourne for the retrieval of critically ill children, infants and pregnant women in Victoria, Tasmania, and Southern New South Wales.

I felt that constructing the PIPER vehicle would allow people see what else the emergency services provide.
