A Gulls eye view
Portland is a place I visit often with my camera but over the years I have lost my enthusiasm for the place a bit, mainly due to the over saturation of images that are on the web nowadays. So it was great to try out a new angle and new approach to my photography also by getting airborne with my new Drone, a Mavic Air 2s. A very windy day and a first flight for me over open water meant my stress levels were high but the drone coped brilliantly and I have to say the 1 inch sensor on board captured some really high quality images for me to edit in LR.
If you look very closely you can see me in my bright orange coat on Pulpit Rock in the top left!
