I hadn't been to the Old Port of Sacramento for a bit, certainly not since the rains have come in. Well, low and behold, many places where we would normally walk are now totally underwater. The Sacramento River is currently at 33.75, flood stage is 42.3. The areas near the river are "expected" to flood and take on the excess water so the water doesn't go above the levees.
