Fluffernutter

85/365 DS370 - Tungsten light can often create a warming effect, depending on your white balance. Use tungsten light in a photo today.

After finally finding a tungsten bulb in storage, I hooked up a clip shop light above and to the left of my subject to get this shot.

To those of you not from the Northeast or not having spent any considerable time there, you'll probably look at this picture and scratch your head. For those "in the know," I'm sure you are quite familiar with this delicacy - the Fluffernutter, a peanut butter and Fluff sandwich. For me, childhood memories abound at the sight of the jar.

Now you may be thinking this is just marshmallow creme but no, this is far superior. It has only four ingredients: corn syrup, sugar, dried egg whites and vanillin and the secret is in the whipping, they utilize a batch whipping process. Besides being awesome in a sandwich with peanut butter, Fluff is great on hot chocolate and is utilized in many holiday treats. Fluff is generally not available outside New England unless you order from their website, however, I recently found a store here in California that stumbled upon it for the holidays last year and because it sold so well they are now carrying it year round (lucky me!).
