Snack time: green beans and carrots with home made guacamole:

 

2 Avocados

1 TBSP Cilantro

1 tsp Seasoned Salt

1 tsp Black Pepper

1 TBSP Lime Juice

*2 Green Onions, Chopped

*1 tsp Garlic, Minced

(*- substituted Onions and Garlic for 1-2 diced scapes)
