This one is for all you health-care professionals - what you see is the local pharmacy/pill guy extrodinaire! The meds were not in their original boxes and you just told him what "ailed" you and he gave you the cure! It was a scary place and for the record we did not buy any drugs there! There are also 2 street children who followed us around beggins with a group of others.
