Cathy had an swolen jaw, so I took her to the local vet, down the street(bad Idea). he gave her a shot that pretty much put her in a bad mood the whole day.(Poor Girl) About a week later she gets an Upper Respitory Infection (URI). Sneezing her little head off. It woke me up several times during the night. So I took her back to the Local vet(Bad Idea). He gave her some meds. she had that thing for two weeks. Then midway thur Colin got it!
Poor boy. Couldn't breath thru his nose just his mouth and when he sneezes it sounds like a frog. SO this time I took him to my regular vet which is farther away. Cathy probably caught the infection at the other vets and it is a viral infection so the med probably didn't do anything, but it was highly contagious so colin caught it. He say that it would last about 14 day and to keep them comfortable. On occaaion they still sneeze but not like the past 2 weeks. I will not go back to the bad vet who charged me $50.00 for his mistake.
