Quinoa bowl

Simple, quick, easy, nutritious, delicious. Basic quinoa, with sautéed greens and deep fried tofu, topped with a creamy tahini sauce. You can skip the tofu and add lentils or other vegetables, or just do quinoa and the greens (like I did last night).
