Last year we struggled a lot with troubleshooting our irrigation system, and our fall carrot crop was a complete loss because we couldn't keep the soil moist enough while the seeds were germinating. It was very, very discouraging.

 

This fall's carrots are sweet and crunchy and gorgeous and bountiful. It feels wonderful.
