I did this painting back in 2005 when Cindy Sheehan set up Camp Casey outside the Bush "ranch" in Crawford, Texas. One of Cindy's lawyers had brought their new kitten, Smudge, and I happened to hear him meowing in the backround of a Mike Malloy radio interview Cindy was doing. It was supposed to be auctioned on ebay to raise money for the Katrina relief effort in Louisiana. That didn't happen, (CLICK HERE) but it was awesome to be on Michael Moore's front page for a few days.
