DIY: active crossover (bi-amp) setup
using 24db/oct filters for highpass and lowpass on my new speakers. this crossover (middle box) lets you configure so many things! its spdif-in (digital audio) and has pro-level analog XLR outputs for the 4 channels (left hight, left low, right high, right low).
the top box is my own design and build, its a multichannel preamp and input selector.
the bottom box is an spdif in (and out) equalizer. not necessary but lets me do slighly more fancy corrections than the crossover box. both the bottom 2 boxes are by behringer.
