DIY: ppa headphone amp

as a poor-man's detachable interface, I'm using IC sockets and heatshrink tubing. you can see that this arrangement lets me remove the front panel entirely without having to unsolder. its an extra detail that many DIYers leave out but it really is worth the effort.
