ha! look at the COMMENTED OUT section. interesting what you can find if you view source!
the bottom section, in green, is what is inside a 'comment block' and comments in html are not displayed, they're just meant as internal notes to/from programmers. the <! and 2 dashes starts a comment and mozilla renders this in green. but the user will never see that text, though, when they access the web page, unless they look at the 'source' via the view source menu in your browser.
