Nike Shox
I had to retire my Nike Shox - they have seen many races and were falling apart. Athena helped by destroying their remains. They were brand new in this photo - purchased for the 2006 Avon Two-Day Walk. Most of us hang on to our athletic shoes for too long. Look at the soles, if there is one side that looks more worn than the other it’s time to get a new pair. Be good to your feet!
With today’s forecast calling for a high of 63f/17c., I am getting the itch to take a long walk or maybe even try my hand at a slow jog.
