Crab Rangoons: Wrappers
I love crab rangoons. I encountered them for the first time in the USA (of course, because they're American Chinese...but I don't care! I still love them). They're a kind of crab and cream cheese wonton.
So I've been dying to have them since I've been away. Finally I had help to make them and a reason. We had a sort of chinese themed luncheon for my brother's in-laws. It was good.
Some of these pictures are taken by me, some by Chennette. But since they're on my camera she said just upload. Some are clearly hers (by quality or by my being in them). Some we've forgotten.
These are the wrappers for the crab rangoons and spring rolls.
Electricity had gone about two hours before but we decided to forge ahead. We were making them and frying them the next day and figured we could manage.
