OLD style toilet!
It must be said that not all Thai toilets are like this, (most are now like ours) but in remote rural areas (like Ko Kred), they are. You just squat. When you finish, you scoop up some water from the trough at the back with the pink bowl and use it to "flush". But what about your pants when you...? Don't ask.
