It was the end of Winter, and the end of a cool night. The sunset held a mellow and beautiful tone. The pond reflected calmly the beauty of the sky. The brittle subjects held still and in a single walk by snap, this photo was made. Never to be duplicated or sharpened with a refocus. That moment and that place and time are gone forever.
