Wet Autumn Day
I wanted to do a macro shot that conveyed Autumn in a way that was realisitc and not overdone, so this is what I came up with...and had to venture no further than my street. The red leaves are from an ornamental Japanese maple that belongs to my neighbor, older brown ones are from the Cotoneaster trees in my garden. The raindrops resting upon the leaves added the "element" I wanted.
