Making Happiness

This woman is making m'semman...a thick pancake-like bread usually folded into a roughly square shape. She makes it all from scratch using her hands skillfully to make sure there is enough air and elasticity in the flat bread. M'semman is my favorite...when she heard this she made a batch up for me...making my hungry stomach very happy. Thank you, Badia!
