Colors/tones adjusted in Lightroom.

Fiddled around with filters, brushes, and overlays, then cropped and saved as JPG file in Photoshop.

 

Press L key on your keyboard to zoom in and zoom out.

(click on the image if it appears fuzzy when zoomed in or press L 2-3 times)
