Spring!!

For me spring it's not (only) about flowers. And it really starts when we eat the most beautiful, photogenic, organic and tasteful strawberries from our local market. Thanks to Manel and Mariel for growing them and being our official providers of these beauties!

This one was one of those ;-)

PS. Para La Vuelta al Mundo: me hace feliz la explosión de colores en la cocina cuando llega la primavera. Y me hace especialmente felz comer las primeras fresas de la temporada. Solas. Sin nada más, por favor. :-))
