Bernard Gotfryd Photojournalism

Bernard Gotfryd (1924-2016) became a photojournalist for Newsweek in 1957 and had a 30-year career with the magazine. He gave the Library of Congress his archive of color slides from magazine jobs that total over 8,000 items. While these slides arrived with captions, some could use more information.
