Salty Tears and Hot Pepper'n It Story!
Seems like every three years, I do a photo shoot with this pair of shakers. And the story...
In 2001, as Mimi to my second grandson, I journeyed South to help care for the new baby. I stopped by the grocery store and bought this salt and pepper set to remember the date. Here was a new baby - a real "salty" cry baby! Along with my preschool grandson (his cousin) - a "hot pepper" busy little guy, the two made a fine pair of grandchildren! Today, the baby has almost finished college and the older cousin recently graduated college.
I think of these fine boys when I polish and admire this salt and pepper set!
There's five more grandchildren added to the mix...but that's another story!
