Refining back, making less of a shoebox

On the left was the hastily constructed rear of the building - pretty much slapping bricks as fast as possible to try and get things done. On the right I'm going back in and trying to add back more character. The lobby around the staircase, however, still needs to be rethought - too much usable office space is ceded to the staircase.
