Red Sauce

One of my guilty little pleasures is this red sauce... the good stuff, not the gloopy coagulated mess. Sometimes (like this time) it's actually better than what it's on.

 

Now, how to order it?

Sweet & sour sauce? I often end up with plum sauce/duck sauce instead.

Cherry Sauce? plum sauce again, or an odd tilt of the head and nothing.

Red Sauce? A good bet that I'll get hot sauce 50% of the time... but that's okay. I like hot sauce too.
