Cables
This is close-up on a A380 engine pylon currently displayed in the museum. It's just under the right wing of the A300B. I believe it is an ENG 2 pylon, that is equipped with test cables (not on the picture). It's a huge piece of engineering that is not really known. It links the engine to the wing, holds a lot of equipments and it is so critical that only the manufacturer can repair it. Airbus' engine pylons are built in the Toulouse St Eloi plant.
