Horn OK ... not!
If I was the leader of India, the first thing I would do is outlaw car and truck horns in Mumbai and other major Indian cities. The point of the horn is rendered meaningless because they are being used all around you, all of the time. So for me, the sign on the back of all trucks would be altered to read: Horn NOT OK please!
