When the same child's photographs are used for DOZENS of profile photos, it shouldn't take a NOI or DMCA for Orkut/Google to take some action. When a casual observer can spot literally hundreds of fakes in a short period of time, how much more could some effective community moderators spot and take care of? If you know anyone who works for Google or does business with them, urge them to ask Google to rein in Orkut.
