Diamond Dust
It is clear, sunny and cold here today. A light frost covered surfaces and there was diamond dust in the air - that is when ice crystals are forming with no visible clouds. When I went out with the family to go shopping, these were sitting on top of the frost, on the car. Very unexpected - and I took this shot without my tripod (I took 15, but this was the only one that really worked) So now I know that it can snow on clear days too! Yay!
