I love softboiled eggs. Creating PERFECT softboiled eggs is not an easy task, however. Runny eggs or hardboiled eggs are mighty frustrating when you're sleepy, hungry and haven't had enough coffee yet. Cooking eggs is an art and I'm not alone with my obsession.
