Swoosh

Waves are like snowflakes in that there are never two the same. If I could just capture a wave at the right moment in time where it is the snowflake frozen. This is what I am looking for in all of these wave shots over the years. I do not believe that I will ever capture that perfect wave composition. So many variables. The primary swell height. The weather conditions. The height of the tide. The time of day or night. The frequency in each set. The geographic location as well as the geography below the surface. The list goes on and on. I am passionate about the challenges. More than anything, I think waves are one of the most beautiful crescendos nature offers us as visual beings.

Happy Holidays, everyone. Thank you for looking.
