The Legal Aid Society celebrated Black History Month with a special reception on February 28, 2007. Chief Judge Judith S. Kaye and former Mayor David N. Dinkins participated in the ceremony. Theodore A. Levine, President of the Society, announced the creation of the Archibald R. Murray Law Student Loan Foregiveness Program in honor of the former Attorney-In-Chief and Chairman.
