Douglas, WY Depot

Douglas, Wyoming; built in 1886 by the Fremont, Elkhorn & Missouri Valley Railroad. The old depot building is now home to the Douglas Chamber of Commerce Visitor Center and is surrounded by the Douglas Railroad Interpretive Center. The statue is of a "Jackalope", the legendary fictional creature with a jackrabbit's body and the antlers of a pronghorn antelope or deer.
