Original Chancery Lane Underground Station frontage

A temporary revealation (due to rebuilding work) of the old frontage to the original Chancery Lane Underground Station. This was one of the original 1900 stations, and is situated almost directly opposite the top of Chancery Lane. Passenger access to the platforms was by lift, the current escalator access opened in 1934.
