When I'm craving for the crappy local Chinese take away, it means my body is physically homesick.
Worked for Richard since 8:30again, a long day with absolutely no food at all, he ran out of food in his place lol. We had such a long and productive day, finished the final edit of the book, both of the promos are on Youtube, as well as the music file. He was going to take me to this Chinese place he goes every thursday, apparently he told the people about his little Chinese Editor lol, but we were their too early, literally an hour before it opens. So... 5:00pm, I got back home, STARVING, all I have been having is bottled water and coffee.
Just had Tesco delivery last night thank god, decided to cook some proper noodle from hometown. Don't think other Chinese other than us would eat this much of spring onion lol.
I left home in September and now is March, have been busy with filming all the time and haven't talked to my family for a long time. I'm seriously homesick now-- even I am used to it for the past 5 years.
Had some really sweet words from Richard today, makes me feel like all the hard work are worthy. I asked his opinion about taking the Raindance intern, he agreed it's better than nothing then he said "You know you will always have a job from my side right?" I was like no, I need contract and muniment wages for the visa, and he was like "I can always sign you an official contract when I have a production." :') I feel so lucky.
Still will work my ass off with my always Chinese working attitude, but it's really nice to know someone is behind me and willing to help me like this.
