Still trying to stage common nightmares to see if it can trigger viewer's memory of their own dreams.
I want to see if it's possible to access our unconscious when fully awake.
Some research suggests we only use 10% of our brain, the other 90% lies in our unconscious, which is difficult to access. Sigmund Freud wrote, "dreams are the royal road to our unconscious", so potentially by triggering memories of our own dreams (which are the result of personal fears, irrational wishes, repressed memories, etc.) can we access our unconscious?
