Please and Thank you

When I want something (that i probably don't need) I have the habit of saying "gimme." This is only really likely to happen if I know you fairly well.

 

I did this a fair amount with my most recent exboyfriend and he'd always respond with "gimme gimme gets none".

 

Only months after we'd broken up did it occur to me to retort with "gimme gimme or you get none."
