London Rocks (Gibson Guitar Town)
Gibson Guitartown London (until September 16) displays 30 specially made 10- foot fiberglass Gibson Les Paul guitars that have been designed and hand painted by some of the UK’s top artists including Sir Peter Blake, Gerald Scarfe and Andrew Logan.
Each guitar has been signed and endorsed by a famous musician including Paul Weller, Ronnie Wood, Rod Stewart, Noel Gallagher, Mark Knopfler, Brian May, Gary Moore and Ozzy Osbourne. The 30 guitars are on show at MoreLondon, the area along side the Thames outside London’s City Hall, near Tower Bridge.
The orange guitar in front was signed by Roxy Music.
