Doom and Gloom

I have sadly had to work way too much and shoot photography way to little over the past several weeks. And i apologize for being behind on commenting on everyone's amazing streams.

 

I got a chance last Saturday to break away and stay the night at the beach. As Sunset approached the clouds looked iffy and I couldn't decide to head south or north from the Depoe Bay area in hopes of some great light. I chose the longer drive up to Ocean Side. As I approached it was obvious the clouds were here to stay and i unfortunately mis-read the tide, which was a bit higher then I needed to get into the area I wanted and to the composition that I was after. I am really undecided on this image, but it was still a fun night getting soaked in the cold tide, so I figured I would post it anyway!
