Dixon 6

Photos from a political press conference (10/19/1982) with the "Dixon 6", women who were publicly shamed and accused of being lesbians while serving aboard the USS Dixon. Several were ultimately discharged. There are considerable additional files on this case including interviews at Lambda Archives of San Diego.
