230/365 Eat Clean
This is a wonderful book in a series of books. This is Tosca Reno's first book, I believe, but she has two more following it. They are worthy of a look and I pulled this off the bookshelf to re-read and start following. I don't know that I can be as strict as Reno, but It's good to clean up the diet,, now that I've been eating birthday cake for 3 days. LOL!
